Terms and Conditions of Membership
Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the APECSLP website (http://apecslp.org, hereinafter referred to as "the Site") and its users in using the services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the Site. Article 2 (Definitions) 1. "Site" refers to the website operated by APECSLP. 2. "User" refers to any individual who accesses the Site and receives the Services provided by the Site according to these Terms and Conditions. 3. "Member" refers to a user who has registered on the Site and can continuously use the Services provided by the Site. 4. "Non-member" refers to a user who uses the Services provided by the Site without registering as a member. Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms and Conditions) 1. The Site shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions, company name, representative's name, business address, phone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, e-commerce registration number, and personal information manager on the initial screen of the Site for easy access by users. The contents of the Terms and Conditions can be viewed through a linked screen. 2. The Site shall provide a separate screen or pop-up screen to ensure that users understand important details of the Terms and Conditions before agreeing to them. 3. The Site may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws. When amendments are made, the Site shall specify the effective date and reason for the amendment and notify users by posting the current and amended Terms and Conditions on the initial screen of the Site from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date. However, if the amendments are disadvantageous to users, a notice period of at least 30 days shall be given. 4. If the Site amends the Terms and Conditions, the amended Terms and Conditions shall apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date, and the previous Terms and Conditions shall apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if an existing user wishes to apply the amended Terms and Conditions, they must notify the Site and obtain consent within the notice period. Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services) 1. The Site provides the following services: 1. Registration and management of trainees 2. Recording and sharing of trainee results 3. Operation of a community 4. Other tasks defined by the Site The Site may change the contents of the Goods or Services to be provided under future contracts if they are sold out or if technical specifications change. In such cases, the Site shall immediately post the changed contents and the date of provision on the same place where the current Goods or Services are posted. Article 5 (Service Interruption) 1. The Site may temporarily suspend the provision of Services due to maintenance, replacement, breakdown of computers and other information and communication equipment, or interruption of communication. 2. The Site shall compensate users or third parties for damages caused by the temporary interruption of Services. However, this does not apply if the Site proves that there was no intention or negligence. Article 6 (Membership Registration) 1. Users can apply for membership by filling out the membership information according to the registration form set by the Site and expressing their consent to these Terms and Conditions. 2. The Site shall register users as members unless they fall under any of the following: 1. If the applicant for membership has previously lost membership according to Article 7 paragraph 3, except when three years have passed since the loss of membership and the Site has approved the re-registration. 2. If there is false, missing, or incorrect information in the registration details. 3. If registering as a member is significantly hindered by the Site's technology. The membership contract is established when the Site's approval reaches the member. If there are any changes in the registered details, the member shall notify the Site of the changes within a reasonable period through member information modification or other methods. Article 7 (Withdrawal and Disqualification of Membership) 1. Members can request withdrawal from the Site at any time, and the Site shall immediately process the withdrawal. 2. If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the Site may limit or suspend membership: 1. If false information was registered at the time of application for membership. 2. If the member does not pay the price of Goods or Services purchased using the Site or other debts borne by the member in relation to the use of the Site. 3. If the member interferes with others' use of the Site or steals information. 4. If the member uses the Site to engage in activities prohibited by laws or these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals. If the same act is repeated twice or more or the reason is not corrected within 30 days after the Site limits or suspends membership, the Site may disqualify the membership. If the Site disqualifies membership, it shall delete the member registration. In this case, the member shall be notified and given at least 30 days to explain before the member registration is deleted. Article 8 (Notification to Members) 1. When the Site notifies members, it can be done via the email address specified by the member in advance with the Site. 2. The Site may substitute individual notifications by posting on the Site bulletin board for more than one week in the case of notifications to an unspecified number of members. However, individual notifications shall be given for matters that have a significant impact on the member's own transaction. Article 9 (Purchase Application and Consent to Provide Personal Information) 1. Users apply for purchase through the Site using the following or similar methods, and the Site shall provide the following information in an easy-to-understand manner: 1. Search and selection of Goods or Services. 2. Entering the recipient's name, address, phone number, email address (or mobile phone number), etc. 3. Confirming the content of the Terms and Conditions, services with withdrawal restrictions, delivery costs, installation fees, etc. 4. Indicating consent to these Terms and Conditions and confirming or rejecting the above item 3 (e.g., mouse click). 5. Applying for purchase of Goods or Services and confirming or agreeing to the Site's confirmation. 6. Selecting the payment method. If the Site needs to provide the purchaser's personal information to a third party, it shall notify the purchaser of 1) the recipient of the personal information, 2) the purpose of use by the recipient, 3) the items of personal information provided, and 4) the retention and use period of the personal information by the recipient, and obtain consent. The same applies if the matters agreed upon are changed. If the Site entrusts a third party with handling the purchaser's personal information, it shall notify the purchaser of 1) the recipient of the entrusted personal information and 2) the details of the work entrusted, and obtain consent. The same applies if the matters agreed upon are changed. However, if it is necessary for the performance of the service contract and is related to the purchaser's convenience, it can notify through the privacy policy as stipulated by the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection instead of going through the notification and consent process. Article 10 (Formation of Contract) 1. The Site may not accept purchase applications as stipulated in Article 9 if they fall under any of the following. However, if a contract is concluded with a minor, the Site shall notify that the contract can be canceled by the minor or the minor's legal representative if the legal representative's consent is not obtained. 1. If there is false, missing, or incorrect information in the application. 2. If a minor purchases Goods or Services prohibited by the Youth Protection Act such as tobacco and alcohol. 3. If the acceptance of the purchase application is significantly hindered by the Site's technology. The contract is deemed to have been concluded when the Site's acceptance reaches the user in the form of a confirmation notice as stipulated in Article 12 paragraph 1. The Site's acceptance notice shall include information on the user's purchase application confirmation, availability, and correction or cancellation of the purchase application. Article 11 (Payment Methods) The payment methods for Goods or Services purchased from the Site can be any of the following, without the Site imposing any additional fees on the user for the payment method: 1. Various account transfers such as phone banking, internet banking, and mail banking. 2. Various card payments such as prepaid cards, debit cards, and credit cards. 3. Online deposit without bankbook. 4. Payment by electronic money. 5. Payment upon receipt. 6. Payment by points such as mileage provided by the Site. 7. Payment by gift certificates contracted with or recognized by the Site. 8. Payment by other electronic payment methods, etc. Article 12 (Receipt Confirmation Notice, Purchase Application Modification, and Cancellation) 1. When the Site receives a user's purchase application, it shall send a receipt confirmation notice to the user. 2. Upon receiving the receipt confirmation notice, the user can request modification or cancellation of the purchase application immediately if there is any discrepancy, and the Site shall process the request promptly before delivery. However, if the payment has already been made, it shall follow the provisions regarding withdrawal of subscription in Article 15. Article 13 (Supply of Goods, etc.) 1. Unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the supply period of Goods or Services, the Site shall take necessary measures such as order production and packaging to deliver the Goods or Services within 7 days from the date of the user's subscription. If the Site has already received all or part of the payment for Goods or Services, the measures shall be taken within 3 business days from the date of receipt of all or part of the payment. In this case, the Site shall take appropriate measures for the user to check the supply process and progress of Goods or Services. 2. The Site shall specify the delivery method, the bearer of the delivery cost by method, and the delivery period by method for the Goods purchased by the user. If the Site exceeds the agreed delivery period, it shall compensate the user for damages caused by the delay. However, this does not apply if the Site proves that there was no intention or negligence. Article 14 (Refund) If the Site cannot deliver or provide Goods or Services for which the user applied for purchase due to out-of-stock reasons, it shall immediately notify the user and, if payment was received in advance, refund the payment within 3 business days from the date of notification or take necessary measures for a refund. Article 15 (Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.) 1. Users who have entered into a contract for the purchase of Goods or Services with the Site can withdraw the subscription within 7 days from the date they receive the contract details in writing (or from the date the Goods or Services are supplied or the supply begins, whichever is later). However, if the withdrawal of subscription is otherwise stipulated by the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act, the provisions of that Act shall apply. 2. Users cannot return or exchange Goods or Services in the following cases after receiving them: 1. If the Goods or Services are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user (except when the packaging is damaged to check the content of the Goods or Services). 2. If the value of Goods or Services has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption. 3. If the value of Goods or Services has significantly decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult. 4. If the packaging of Goods or Services that can be duplicated with the same performance is damaged. In the case of paragraphs 2.2 to 2.4, if the Site did not specify the restriction of withdrawal of subscription where users can easily see it or did not provide a trial product, the user's withdrawal of subscription is not restricted. Notwithstanding paragraphs 1 and 2, if the content of Goods or Services is different from what was indicated or advertised, or if the contract is performed differently, the user can withdraw the subscription within 3 months from the date they received the Goods or Services or within 30 days from the date they knew or could have known. Article 16 (Effect of Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.) 1. If the user returns Goods or Services, the Site shall refund the payment within 3 business days. If the Site delays the refund, it shall pay interest on the delayed period as stipulated by the Enforcement Decree of the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act. 2. When the Site refunds the payment, if the user paid with a credit card or electronic money, the Site shall promptly request the business operator who provided the payment method to suspend or cancel the charge. 3. In the case of withdrawal of subscription, the user shall bear the cost of returning the Goods or Services. The Site shall not claim any penalty or damages for the withdrawal of subscription. However, if the withdrawal of subscription is due to the difference in the content of Goods or Services from what was indicated or advertised or the contract being performed differently, the Site shall bear the cost of returning the Goods or Services. 4. If the user paid the shipping cost when receiving the Goods or Services, the Site shall clearly indicate who bears the cost when withdrawing the subscription. Article 17 (Protection of Personal Information) 1. The Site shall collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary for the provision of Services. 2. The Site shall not collect personal information in advance during membership registration. However, if personal identification is required before the purchase contract to fulfill obligations under related laws, the minimum specific personal information may be collected. 3. When the Site collects and uses personal information, it shall notify the user of the purpose and obtain consent. 4. The Site shall not use the collected personal information for any purpose other than the stated purpose or provide it to a third party without the user's consent. If a new purpose of use arises or if it is provided to a third party, the Site shall notify the user during the use or provision stage and obtain consent. However, exceptions are made if stipulated by related laws. 5. If the Site needs to obtain the user's consent under paragraphs 2 and 3, it shall notify the user of the personal information manager's identity (affiliation, name, and phone number, other contact information), the purpose of collection and use of information, and matters related to the provision of information to third parties (recipients, purpose of provision, and content of provided information) as stipulated by Article 22 paragraph 2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the user can withdraw this consent at any time. 6. Users can request to view and correct their personal information held by the Site at any time, and the Site shall promptly take necessary measures. If a user requests correction of an error, the Site shall not use the personal information until the error is corrected. 7. The Site shall minimize the number of people handling the user's personal information and shall be fully responsible for damages to the user caused by loss, theft, leakage, provision without consent, or alteration of the user's personal information, including credit card and bank account information. 8. The Site or a third party receiving personal information from the Site shall destroy the personal information without delay when the purpose of collection or provision is achieved. 9. The Site shall not pre-select the consent box for collecting, using, and providing personal information. It shall also specify the services that will be limited if the user refuses to consent to the collection, use, and provision of optional personal information, and shall not limit or refuse membership registration or service provision for the refusal of consent to collect, use, and provide optional personal information. Article 18 (Obligations of the Site) 1. The Site shall not engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals and shall do its best to provide Goods and Services continuously and stably as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions. 2. The Site shall have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can use the internet services safely. 3. The Site shall be responsible for compensating users for damages caused by unfair labeling or advertising activities as stipulated by the Fair Labeling and Advertising Act. 4. The Site shall not send commercial emails for profit that users do not want. Article 19 (Obligations Regarding Member's ID and Password) 1. Except for the case in Article 17, the responsibility for managing ID and password rests with the member. 2. Members shall not allow third parties to use their ID and password. 3. If a member recognizes that their ID and password are stolen or being used by a third party, they shall immediately notify the Site and follow the Site's instructions. Article 20 (User's Obligations) Users shall not engage in the following acts: 1. Registering false information during application or change. 2. Stealing others' information. 3. Changing the information posted on the Site. 4. Transmitting or posting information (computer programs, etc.) other than the information set by the Site. 5. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Site or third parties. 6. Damaging the reputation or interfering with the business of the Site or third parties. 7. Posting or distributing obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the Site. Article 21 (Relationship Between Linked Sites) 1. If the upper Site and the lower Site are connected by a hyperlink (e.g., including text, pictures, and moving images), the former is referred to as a linked "Site" (website), and the latter is referred to as a connected "Site" (website). 2. The linked Site shall not be responsible for guaranteeing transactions conducted independently by the connected Site unless it specifies this in the initial screen of the linked Site or the pop-up screen at the point of connection. Article 22 (Copyright and Use Restrictions) 1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Site belong to the Site. 2. Users shall not use the information obtained from the Site for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without prior consent from the Site. 3. If the Site uses copyrights belonging to the user according to an agreement, it shall notify the user. Article 23 (Dispute Resolution) 1. The Site shall establish and operate a damage compensation handling organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints from users and to compensate for damages. 2. The Site shall prioritize handling complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the Site shall immediately notify the user of the reason and the processing schedule. 3. If there is a request for damage relief from a user regarding electronic commerce disputes between the Site and the user, it can follow the dispute mediation of the Fair Trade Commission or the dispute mediation agency requested by the city or provincial governor. Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law) 1. Lawsuits regarding electronic commerce disputes between the Site and users shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing. If there is no address, the lawsuit shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction over the user's place of residence. However, if the user's address or place of residence is not clear at the time of filing, or if the user resides abroad, the lawsuit shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. 2. Korean law applies to electronic commerce lawsuits filed between the Site and users.

Personal Information Collection and Usage
1. Introduction ASLP (http://apecslp.org, hereinafter referred to as "the Site") values the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting their personal information. We comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection," "Personal Information Protection Act," and other related laws. Community Operations: Participation in community activities and exchange of opinions. Marketing and Advertising: Development of new services, providing tailored services, and offering event and promotional information. 4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information The Site retains and uses personal information for the duration required to achieve the purposes of collection and use. Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purposes are achieved. However, the following information is retained for the specified period due to legal obligations: Membership Withdrawal: Immediately upon withdrawal. Retention under Relevant Laws: For example, records of contracts or withdrawal of offers (5 years), records of payments and supply of goods (5 years), and records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution (3 years). 5. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information The Site destroys personal information without delay once the purposes of collection and use are achieved. The procedures and methods are as follows: Destruction Procedure: Information entered by users for membership, etc., is transferred to a separate database (or separate document box in case of paper) after the purposes are achieved and is stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws before being destroyed. Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that prevents recovery, and printed personal information is shredded or incinerated. 6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties The Site does not provide users' personal information to external parties without their consent. However, exceptions are made in the following cases: When the user has given prior consent. When required by law or requested by investigative authorities in accordance with legal procedures and methods. 7. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing The Site may entrust the handling of users' personal information to external parties for smooth business operations.
