The Meet and Greet Service will be offered to overseas participants arriving at Incheon International Airport on October 21.

Upon your arrival, a representative will greet you and provide you with a bus ticket from the airport to Seoul City Hall.

This service will be available only from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on October 21.

Outside of these hours, the service will not be available, 

and you will need to arrange your own transportation from the airport to the venue (Hotel President).

Please consider the service hours when booking your flights.
